I am a psychologist, certified psychotherapist, and psychotherapy supervisor. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2005. I graduated in psychology from the University of Warsaw and completed a four-year postgraduate training program at the Gestalt Therapy Institute in Kraków. In addition, I completed one-year trainings in systemic psychotherapy and Ericksonian psychotherapy.
The primary goal of Gestalt therapy is, simply put, to help clients develop awareness of themselves. This awareness is not merely intellectual knowledge, but direct experience. It includes emotions, bodily sensations, sensory impressions, thoughts, and beliefs—all as they arise in the present moment. This kind of awareness helps restore a person’s sense of choice and freedom in responding to the world.
As a Gestalt therapist, I place strong emphasis on a genuine and transparent therapeutic relationship. The relationship itself is an essential part of therapy and creates a space where clients can explore their habitual ways of relating to others. In this sense, therapy is an opportunity to do something different when what you are used to doing no longer works well for you.
I work with people seeking more authentic relationships, emotional closeness, clear boundaries, personal growth, and a greater sense of meaning in life. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, midlife transitions, and challenges related to life changes.
I offer three types of services: individual psychotherapy, psychotherapy supervision, and psychedelic integration.
I am committed to maintaining the quality of my work through ongoing professional development with Polish and international teachers of psychotherapy. For many years, I have participated in continuous training at the Madison Gestalt Training Center (USA).
Therapy typically begins with one to three consultation sessions, during which we clarify your concerns and discuss the framework of the therapeutic process. If we both decide to work together, sessions take place regularly once a week, at a fixed day and time, and last 50 minutes. The length of therapy varies depending on individual needs, and typically ranges from six months to two or three years.
I charge 250 PLN for an individual consultation / session.
